Wheatsheaf is in central London, 10 minutes' walk from Vaxhall Station.
The venue has step-free, street-level access, with a ramp available. There are separate toilets and a Changing Places accessible toilet.
There is a kitchen with access to a fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave and hob. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.
Wheatsheaf Community Centre is a non-residential venue, and you will need to arrange your own accommodation if required.
In addition to your training experience, a selection of teas and coffee will be provided, along with a small selection of fruit and biscuits.
Milk and a dairy-free alternative will be available. If you require anything additional, please ensure you bring it with you.
By Train/Tube:
The nearest railway station is Vauxhall.
The nearest Underground station is Vauxhall on the Victoria Line (light blue). There are many exits from the station; it is best to use exit 3 if arriving by tube or the bus station exit if arriving by train. You can also walk to the venue from Nine Elms (Northern Line). We recommend using a reliable route planner like City Mapper to plan your journey.
Walking from Vauxhall:
If you stand in front of Starbucks and take the road that runs down the left of the building, it will bring you out at the junction of Parry Street and South Lambeth Road. Continue straight on down South Lambeth Road until you reach the Wheatsheaf Pub, Wheatsheaf Lane and the Wheatsheaf Hall will be on your right.
By Bus:
Vauxhall bus station is adjacent to Underground and railway stations served by many routes. The number 2 and 88 bus stop in South Lambeth Road at the Wheatsheaf Lane bus stop.
By car
