Wivesfield is a village located in the Lewes district, north of Brighton.

Facilities

The venue is suitable for disabled access and has outdoor ramp.

The hall is equipped with a hearing loop and defibrillator.

A kitchen is available to reheat meals.

Wivesfiled is a non-residential venue and you will be required to arrange your own accommodation if it is required. You will be provided with a list of recommended accommodation upon booking. 

What's included during your training?

As well as your training experience, a selection of teas and coffee will be provided and a small selection of sweet snacks.

Milk and oat milk will be available, however, if you require anything additional please ensure you bring it with you.

    Fully face to face 10 Sessions
    The Foundation Course: Introduction to a Person-Centred Approach to Death and Dying. The Foundation training may be taken as a stand-alone course or be taken as the first component of the Diploma in The Living Well Dying Well Person-Centred Approach to Death and Dying. All learners receive a Quality Mark certificate awarded by The Crossfields Institute upon completion.

    Diploma - Module 3

    8 sessions fully face to face
    The Diploma - Module 3 is the third Module in the Living Well Dying Well Person-Centred Approach to Death and Dying Diploma. Module 3 consists of 8 sessions of approximately 3.5 hours, with 2 sessions held back to back for the first 4 sessions and the remaining 4 sessions being held in 3.5 hour slots hosted live on Zoom, which makes up the 2 day + 4 session format. Module 3 is only available to those who have completed the Diploma - Module 1 training.

    The Diploma - Module 4 is the fourth Module in the Living Well Dying Well Person-Centred Approach to Death and Dying Diploma. Module 4 consists of 8 sessions of approximately delivered fully face to face over 4 days. Module 4 is only available to those who have completed the Diploma - Module 1, Diploma - Module 2 and Diploma -Module 3 training.

By car

The hall is accessible by car from Eastern Road, via Green Road. 

Parking 

There is a large  car park with space for 50 cars, plus 2 disabled spaces and an unloading area.  

By public transport

The nearest train station is Wivelsfield.

Burgess Hill Plumpton and Hassocks stations are all within 6 miles of Wivelsfield.
